We are studying 1 and 2 Corinthians right now.  We take chapter by chapter and delve deep into what the context was at the time it was written while also gleaning the spiritual lessons for us today. We'd love to have you and your thoughts as well.

Corinth was an influential seaport city that was prosperous, powerful and decadent.  There were many other things to worship besides the one true God, like intellect, power and self indulgence.  This is very similar to America today, but just like then, God wants to reach us the way he wanted to reach these people through Paul's letter to them.  Paul writes to them about being unified as one body without competition, how to live the Christian life and, most importantly, how to love like our Savior does.
